I have paid you for 16 months and I have escalated this query sometime last week to you guys know about it. I plaid you R240 extra after I paid you for 16 months and my contract was paid for 12 months. And I paid you your R2240 after my buy out was R2000.Nobody sent me a buyout option. So you went and deducted R560 from my account.so I have paid you R2800 after my contract has expired. So if you don't want to allocate the funds. Give me back my R2800 and take your phone back. So why can't you make it my buyout as I have paid R2800 after my contract has expired and my contract with you for 12 month and I have paid you for 17 months already and buy out was R2000 meaning that if paid you R800 extra after my buyout amount. Is this legal according to law? This is breach of contract from the company side. Which is against the law. In had about 5 items that I still wanted from them, but the service is pathetic.
