Rentoza is a ****!!!!!

On the 2/09/2023 @08:32 I made an order online with Rentoza for two samsung mobile subscriptions and made immediate payment of R760. The next step was address and ID verification, which I did and got verified. Next step is to verify bank information, because I use capitec and it's not on the listed banks, I emailed the three months bank statement, not once but twice on different dates and still to date my order has not been processed or rejected. I have made contact but I am not responded to. I am now exhausted and no longer interested, can I just have my refund bank, immediately, as I also made mine. Rentoza please give me back my money with all due respect.
