So your system is blocking my cellphone because of what, and that is twice in a month.

Blocking me on Facebook because I asked if you sold me a second hand console? I mean that was a legitimate question and not trying to bad-mouth your company, because I honestly didn't know that you infact do sell refurbished/second hand devices/as new devices, however you want to put it. I mean what are you trying to hide by blocking me? It is stated in your T&Cs on your website is just that I didn't read that part, and so I asked because I didn't know. But that is besides the point. I am up to date with my payments. Also besides the point.

Please remove my device from your system. You are accessing it *******ly. Or please send me the document that I signed to give you access to the device that I bought from you, because according to me, onve I pay for something it is mine.
