RENTOZA IGNORING MY BUYOUY EMAIL AND BLOCKING MY BUYOUT ONLINE!!!!

I have a few items rented with Rentoza, I am finally ready to close them and buy them out as per the agreement we have signed upon purchasing the items. nonetheless all of a sudden Rentoza is ignoring my emails and their website and app will not let me buy out. what is worse is that last week they though I missed a payment and they called me at 7am, whole time it is their system, but suddenly today I am being ignored, even on WhatsApp. Rentoza please reply!!!!
