Rentoza horrible service

Three months ago I took out a subscription with Rentoza. At first things seemed ok eventhough I waited very long to receive the item. Until last week I had some changes in my employment. I could not make payment on 25th as salary date is only the last day of the month. I spoke to different advisors who just kept telling me they have a strict payment policy and if payment isn't made they will arrange for collection of the item the following business day. I was then told if I pay R300 I can request for a debit date change. Which I then did. Yet today after all the back and forth. Doing the debit date change request and paying R300 I get contacted numerously asking if they can collect the item and I even got a notice threatening listing with the relevant credit bureau. I am completely appalled. Definitely the worst experience and not recommending the service to any one ever.
