Rentoza has terrible to non existent service!

I placed an order on Rentoza over a week ago, I paid and everything. It got stuck on verification, and when I tried to cancel the whole thing it just keeps saying cancellation logged successfully but there is not confirmation of such from them. Their service is terrible, I’ve tried contacting them on WhatsApp to no avail. Their number just goes straight to voicemail, I just want my money back.
