Rentoza has not paid me back my money.

I placed an order for a fridge in November but it was taking too long to process so i cancelled and requested that the money I paid be refunded. I was approved for a refund on 9 December 2024. Till this day I have not received my money back and reaching out to their support team results in them worrying the answers in their FAQ's
