Rentoza Frustration

I must say I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Rentoza. My subscription payments have been paid up to date, on the date that they are due. I even go the extra mile of sending an email monthly to alert them if my debit order has not gone through by 12 midday. 30 minutes before a work meeting today I log in to find that the laptop has been locked. I have sent numerous email, including whatsapp messages to no response. I'm about to miss my second meeting for the day with no resolve or even a response from Rentoza. I must say I am extremely disappointed and appalled by such service. I would not recommend Rentoza to anyone else.
