If you're looking for peace of mind, it's best to steer clear of Rentoza. After my phone broke, I filed an insurance claim with them and paid the excess fee. They took the phone under the impression they would repair it, but later informed me it wasn't covered. When I asked for the device back to repair it myself, they demanded full payment of the buyout fee. Despite my requests for a termination contract, they haven't responded. It's been three months, and they keep trying to debit my account without explanation. Their lack of transparency and unresponsive communication make them seem like legal ****mers.
