Am very nuch disapointed in this company i purchased under business an S21s sumsung phone which was not under pre-order was than sent a contract which i signed cause my business didnt have required documents i than asked if thers was a way i could apply under consumer and top up the money a voucher was created and i topped up and now on the consumer side the phone is on preorder this was all done on the 4th of march i than sent an email few days after cause the company does not communicate or give updates was sent an email by pholani stating that my i will receive tracking number once my item has been shipped no dates nothing few days after i than went on facebook on theire page a consultant by the name richard called and informed me that they were having issues with the supplier but they are expecting stock on wed was relieved a bit cause it sounded promising i than did a follow up yesterday was than told that the stock has not arrived it will be on the 20th my problem now is that Rentoza will expect me to pay for a device i dont have month end an i have to continuesly send emails asking for updates and just get no form of no update at all and not being honest with the customers with supply issues thats totally wrong once you guys take money from accounts yoh must make sure that the customer is kept in the loop i honestly disapointed
