Rentoza Delivers - Mthokozisi Customer Service 5 Star

I have had my order fulfilled and the first debit order went off my account only after the product was delivered. I would like to let everyone know that this service is legitimate BUT be prepared to wait, a while, depending on what item you ordered.

The customer service I received from Mthokozisi was the highlight of this process and I am very grateful for the calm, patient and understanding way that my frustrations were dealt with, especially when the item didn’t arrive for a few months - but in the end, they kept their word and delivered on the promises, for which I am grateful. While the process made me fear the worst and I read all the negative reviews, which added to my anxiety and anger, eventually I had to apologise for demanding my deposit back as I felt I was being ********** - What I would say to anyone using this service, be patient, you might be the lucky one who gets your item quickly but based on my experience, I would highly recommend just trusting the process and while it will be frustrating or even feel like it’s not going to happen, I had to eat humble pie when my item arrived and then was only charged my first instalment after delivery.

Thank you Mthokozisi- you did what you promised and that, I’m todays day and age, is already uncommon but it was your helpful, patient communication that I am most grateful for.
