Rentoza - Definitely a Must!

I saw a lot of mixed reviews on Rentoza when I did my research, but decided to give them a go anyway. And based on my experience with them, I can definitely confirm that the negative things being said about them is in fact not true. As with any company that is relatively new in the market, there will be some 'teething problems' naturally. That's how companies learn and grow. But Rentoza is definitely not a 'bad company' or a '****' as some have claimed. I ordered 4 items from Rentoza in two separate orders, one week apart. And despite their website stating that orders can take up to 15 working days to arrive, 3 of my 4 items arrived well before given ETA's. My 4th item was a bit delayed, but this was due to a stock shortage from their supplier. Among some of the agents I dealt with, I also had the privilege of dealing with Abdullah, who took charge of my entire order to ensure my items arrived in a timely fashion. He stayed in touch with me regarding my delayed item and supp**** me with constant updates and feedback as to when I could expect the item. So I would definitely like to extend a special thanks to Abdullah for handling my orders with such professionalism and friendliness throughout. As with any good company, there is always room for improvement to get to that next level. Communication with clients is something that could be improved, however my dealings with Abdullah definitely improved my stance on this point. Hopefully you guys can get all your staff on to his level, as this would definitely give you an edge in the industry. I am giving Rentoza a 5 star rating, as majority of my items arrived ahead of time, items were to my satisfaction, and my order was professionally handled. I would definitely make use of your services again soon! Keep it up!
