I'm disgusted in Rentoza. I'm in need of a new washing machine as mine is broken and I have to wash my clothes at a laundry every time, it shows 3 days for the 13Kg Samsung order no #123433 and I placed the order on 28 November 2023 and still didn't received it, the support team only answer's me on my queries wherever they feel like answering me so if I don't get my washing machine by december then I want a refund and I'll take my experience to tiktok.
