Great service all in all. Verification process is the one that I criticize couz it seems to take quite some time and not user friendly. Delivery is quick as a lightning. Agents who helped me were all great. My phone took about 10 minutes to unlock after it has arrived that is what I liked about it.

My advice to other customers: be patient and be active in checking emails since it seems like most communication is done through email
