Rentoza customer service

Rentoza is a very unprofessional company they took R1380 from my account where my normal monthly payment is R390 and it has been 5 days without any assistance from them too refund the money....... U can send emails and go on the app for assistance but u only get responses from bots no actual person too help u resolve the problem.... I had one person send me an email which I explained the situation too and never heard back from them....... Hopefully i can get my issue resolved.....
