Rentoza cheated me

I took a contact from them and I lost the phone ,they asked my to the insurance claim but couldn’t wait they came to my house threatening of a opening a ******** case so I did the claim they told pay R860 , R360 for the new Samsung A13 and R500 for shipping so I did and now they email me to say that I got declined for the phone and I cannot get a refund of my money , the insurance claim went through but I’m sitting with no phone from them and the do not want to give my money back.
