I have 2 Active contracts with them! Awesome and going good before I was declined for my third product. "To be verified again". I am taking the ownership of both products now in may and march.

So I pay, and verify all, and instantly declined.... I am still awaiting them to contact me on my "Speak to an agent" message on whatsapp from a week ago, so I can get either a) APPROVED or b) REFUNDED as they require it upfront, yet your refund will take like 7 - 14 business days at the bare minimum... (Some waiting over two months that I can see here)

I thought ok, cool. I work around the corner from your HQ on Katherine road in Sandton, I can swing by and get assistance as no one is reverting back to me. Only to be informed that they have moved out 2 months prior and the security doesnt have a contact number nor does he know where they went to. ...
