Rentoza ****

Rentoza took my upfront payment for a device then they do a verification request I am unable to verify as their platform doesn't deal with capitec. However they conviniently were able to take the money off my capitec account. Then numerous back and forth emails were sent to them to verify my bank account with no response to the actual issue just generic responses. Please can somebody get back to me from rentoza. This is my very first interaction with this company and it has left a bad taste. You literally cannot get a hold of them. The calling number rings and cuts off It's not hard to have good customer service.
