Rentoza be careful

I have an existing account with Rentoza. I then placed another order which I subsequently canceled. I am now awiting my refund on the initial payment made for the new order. I was told 3 to 5 working days. It is now day 8 with no refund. Then I'm told it could take up to 14 working days. I find this totally unacceptable and in bad faith. Rebtoza show who they truly are when one is a day.late in making payment. They immediately block the device and send you all sorts of threats and demands. Should I wish to change my payment date it will cost me R300, payable to Rentoza. This is the first and last time I will be making use of their services.
