Rentoza- Bad Service

The way accounts are handled with Rentoza is really not sasisfying. I wonder which Law do they follow. I have paid for my phone, but they locked it, when I send a POP, they say they will unblock it, today is after 12midday, still not unblocked.

If someone was thinking of giving Rentoza business, please think twice.
