Rentoza bad service

For the second month now RENTOZA has been deducted an amount of R1300 from my account. Keep in mind we have 2 devices by them Samsung A14 that has been paid on the 26th of each month. R340 a phone. Now for month 2 they deducted that R1300 and no answer no responce or anything. We cant get hold of them. This is the ****tiest service ever
