Rentoza Bad Service

Ordered a TV from Rentoza, they didn't have stock and in return offer us another TV of which they claimed they had stock. Never received the TV. Canceled the TV order and ordered a fridge set for delivery today. Can't track the fridge in accordance with the courier tracking number supp**** by Rentoza. Fridge was sent to Pholokwane and not Mphumalanga after numerous emails sent to Rentoza to correct the postal code. Address on their system is for Meyerville Standerton Mphumalanga and postal code for Pholokwane. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. Rentoza has a Whatsapp chat line of which they don't even respond to. They also have no direct contact details.
