Rentoza! bad customer service, its insane!

I bought a couple of items from Rentoza already paid off some without any problems. 2 days ago out of the blue a courier company showed up to my doorstep and asked for products from Rentoza that must be send back, this is insane! I made payment and received an email that payment was received from rentoza. No one at Rentoza wants to talk or chat to me regarding this issue as if they are hiding or something. Please i beg anyone reading this, stay away from this company! There is no customer service at all, you can't even phone them and i promise you they dont reply on whatsapps
