Rentoza bad customer service

I have been trying to cancel my son new order from Rentoza since the 14/10/2025 and it is not cancelled as yet, instead he keeps on getting a message stating that the shipment will take place. Today he got a message stating that the shipment was delivered but he has not received any shipment and have asked numerous times to cancel the order. Every time we are getting the same message stating that they have logged a ticket for the cancellation, but nothing is happening. I have asked for a manager's number because their numbers are not working but no one is getting back. I just think that the service is pathetic, they are quick to take one's money but extremely slow in cancelling the order
