Rentoza bad communication

I tried to buy or rent a playstation 4. I paid the R470 rand .First I struggled to upload my face recognition.Then Rentoza say they cannot get hold of me but I being sending emails since the day I subscribe. They will sent a email but when you reply they don't reply on that same email. So I had to pay extra to activate the application. Then I got it right and they gave me feedback my ID was accepted.Then I got a call so I can sent my bank details.Which I did .Today I got a email say they going to cancel because I don't reply. What else can I do ? I really don't know if this is fair .If they Legit why all this trouble .
