Rentoza Bad client service.

The worst service ever. So the process is they verify via your ID if it matches your face and verify whether your address matches the one on your statement. So the first order declined and they said my address doesn't match yet they put my documents with someone else's which the consultant sent those documents to me as prove that they don't match...but my question was how does one send someone else's confidential documents to another potential client that is again POPIA and Rentoza could be fined for that..to make it worse it was SARS documents. So I escalated and that's when my applications was approved. Now Im trying to apply for something else they declined it and yet its the same documents so are they *********** or what??? And not just *********** but are our documents safe with Rentoza??
