Rentoza are taking money and not providing products or feedback

I have app**** for a TV box and approved on 23rd December 2024, made my payment as the subscription was R130.00 per month. I was to receive my TV Box by 10 January and that never happened, I've been following up with them weekly and they just keep telling me there is not stock from the supplier. They still advertise the same product on their website but now at R340.00 a month. I also asked if there was an alternative and just received a no.

I asked them I want my money back and to cancel with immediate effect but still have not had any response to my email. I have been waiting for almost two months now and can't believe it would take this long.
