I placed an order in May for a smart tv I was informed that there was no stock on the delivery date I asked if there was an alternative which they found and I excepted only to be informed again that there was no stock of the alternative on the delivery date again I still waited until the 22nd on July which is when I request for a refund I was informed this would take 6 to 12 business days why the wait not sure it is well over the 6 to 12 business day yet my money has yet to be refunded over 3 months of dealing with this company that has the worst service ever this company should be put out of business as they are very ********* and have no regard for customers they no customer service number no store or office that is the biggest red flag
