This company is a complete ****. I made a purchase on 15 October 2025, and my application was declined on 17 October. Today is 14 November, and I still have not received my refund. I have sent multiple emails to ***, but they have completely ignored me. Their lack of professionalism is shocking. This company should be shut down immediately. Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service
