Rentoza and their trash customer service

I ordered a Samsung A73 from rentoza on the 29th November 2024, the order hasn't been delivered as yet so I sent in an email with regards to what's happening (19/12/24) and only after I enquired they called after 7pm to tell me they don't have stock and that I should choose something else . When I requested to speak to the manager on duty I was told by the support agent that it's impossible for me to speak to the manager.

Firstly I am a paying customer and to be treated like that is highly disgusting. I wouldn't advise anyone to make a purchase from them
