Rentoza ain’t loyal.

I placed an order early in January (4th) for a TV, the order was cancelled by Rentoza due to me not having a TV license. They promised to refund me and I didn’t receive that refund. Even after they cancelled the order and confirmed the sub was cancelled they debited me again on the 25th of January. I told them that I have yet to receive my refund and they’ve still debited me and they informed me that it had been paid out yet when I check my bank statement there is no refund and showing 2 debits for an item I didn’t get. I don’t know what kinda **** they’re running but I’m not going to trust them again if they treat someone who is trying to give them business the way they’ve been treating me.
