RENTOZA AGENTS ARE ****S WHO PUT RENTOZA TO SHAME

I have placed my second subscription with Rentoza and has been given many promises from different agents that respond on ***. The following agents (Given Bembe, Eva Mirembe, Karabo Leitshedi, Zintle Mabongo, Hulisani Nthambeleni & Moipone Nyepetsi) have given me excuses and countless reasons but keep saying they trying their best to make sure my order gets to me promptly. Please can I have my order resolved as I have been very patient since 28th January 2025. I sent an email on the 26th February to find out on an update, Tumelo Mudau advised that the product is out of stock they waiting for the availability which was not disclosed until I reviewed them on Google. I was then advised I can wait for the product to become available, take a refund or choose a different device. On the 27th February Tumelo Mudau said I will receive my agreement shortly for the new device unfortunately that did not happen. On the 28th February Percyval Mamakoko got in touch to say please check your spam emails for the agreement and until date no agreement nor any feedback. This has become very frustrating and no conclusion whatsoever no one knows what they are doing.
