Although I accepted their terms and conditions, I now regret doing so. Should your payment not go through on the due date, they demand the device be returned immediately. On occasion my.salary is paid in a day.or two late. This leads to a lot of frustration. They also want to penalize you R300 for missed/late payment. Should you want to change your due date, it will cost you R300...to me this feels like ******ion or bullying tactics. Once my 12 month contract is finished, I will be highly unlikely to use their services again.
