RENTOZA- A company that promises you freedom but only puts you further in debt

Initially they made me feel as if I've finally found a company that was fighting for the underdog, and a company that understood my plight. As I have bad debt, which I'm in the interim of sorting out, no one wanted to give me a credit facility to purchase a gaming console for my son who's turning 10 tomorrow 04/08/2024. Rentoza INITIALLY DID. I say Initially because they made me pay the first months installments under the notion that "verification" is exactly that. To verify that you are you. What they don't inform you is that it's actually a credit check and a feasibly study. And those items you so badly require are no more available to you. What makes matters worse is their outrageous refund policy of waiting between 6-12 working days for them ro refund your money which they shouldn't have had in the first place. And then only after 3-6 months can you apply again. But initially they make you feel as if everything is good, that's until you do the initially payment. Then their email responses are almost the same and they have the nerve to offer me a 10% discount knowing very well I won't be able to use it. So now I'm in a worse of position than I started off in as I've no money, no gaming console, and honestly I don't know what to do, as I'm also divorced and this is just another thing my ex-wife will pick on. But I know one thing for sure my son will just be happy that we are spending sometime on his birthday together.
