Rentoza

I've been waiting a whole week for the delivery of my order with Rentoza. The Courier company has been to their business thrice but all three times my order was not ready. I've tried using their chat box and I've sent emails to find out what the problem is but there's been no response. Their contact systems suck! How hard is it to package a delivery and to respond to a client's request.
