Rentoza deducts money from your account before doing verifications, they then decline your order and you will not see any refund, they say you should wait for the time frame for the refund to return and it will not happen. They at a point now whereby they dont even respond to my messages or emails at all and end the conversations on the app without any feedback regarding my refund. Its been over 4 weeks. Stay AWAY FROM RENOTOZA
