HI! I really need help with getting my money back from these people. They ****med me R850 on their website with a phone that does not exist. I placed an order in September 2025. Right now I'm trying get my refund and it's a lot lies. Even their field agents are very good with brushing on off. One agent spoke to me as if he will look into my refund situation and escalate the matter, he asked to send all the communication i got from the company over whatsapp, and now, he's gone dark. he's phone just rings. I need Hellopeter or anyone to please assist if possible in anyway i can use to get these people to give me my money. I have been emailing them every week till, they will take a week to reply back to your emails, or even ignore them until you send them 10 emails in maybe 5 minutes. The respond as if they are working on the issue. Can someone please assist? I advise everyone to stay away from Rentoza. Their website is till up for people who doesn't know. I ask myself why does it check out? They have agents in Southgate Mall but their service is just pathetic.

HI! RENTOZA finally refunded me on the 12 Jan 2026. This company gave me a really bad bad experience.i had high hopes and expectations. I was really looking forward to be one of their customer since i returned to them for the second time around. I am very disappointed with the service that they provide so much that, I do not recommend rentuza to anyone. No one must try their luck with that company. I actually thought that i was ****med, maybe i was, i never stopped being a pain in the ass with my emails and whatsapp, and actualy going to their shop or stall. Even the guy i spoke to there was pretty useless even now, maybe he sent a report back to his company to let them know that i was there? maybe that helped to never stop communicating and to demand my money back. What i can advise to everyone is, be a pain in the ass and demand your moneys, i did that every week until one whatsapp text from one of the ladies came in. When i read the text, that's when i knew that they are gonna refund me. She spoke as if she understands, and after two weeks it went in. Guys fight for your hard earned cash. Good luck.
