Rentoza

Rentoza has handed me over and it's appearing on my transunion report. I have never skipped payment I have made payment every month. And why is Rentoza handing me over when it's a month to month contract. should I pay my subscription my devices are locked or reposed. Please could you assist to get this fixed and removed from my credit report.

I am in the process of obtaining a vehicle and this is not good for me. I ask every time for someone to call me but no one ever does. Can i get some assistance. I have not missed any of my subscription payments. This is giving me a negative effect on my credit score
