These people are useless. They don't care about you or your money. My order was declined only because their website didn't work on my side but they STILL took my money. It's been 20 days and I still haven't received my refund. Having the audacity to ask for feedback regarding my experience. You can just imagine what I rep**** on that.

When I emailed them regarding the situation, they informed me that my refund was unsuccessful and that they will do it manually for me. HOWEVER, I still have to wait ANOTHER damn 12 working days. How is that fair towards customers who is NOT at fault? That's if I even receive my money back, which I HIGHLY doubt.

STAY AWAY ! You have been warned.
