Rentoza

Horrible service. I found them to be unorganized and misleading. I sent a phone in for repairs, 4 weeks after the courier collection Rentoza doesn't know that the device was collected. Furthermore I requested an upgrade, paid the invoiced amount only to be informed 3 days later than the upgrade has been declined. Then I was sent another invoice for the device being repaired, this after a consultant from Rentoza said "once you pay the rentoza care invoice, the subscription is frozen".
