Renoza - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My entire experience with this company has been a disappointment. I am unsure where to start.

The verification was challenging but they had great support throughout and I was very excited to subscribe to their service, unfortunately since then it has been a disaster. They invoiced me for 2 fridges and I paid for both, but then they informed me that you could only pick 1 product from a specific category, strange but OK. I changed 1 fridge to a washing machine and paid the balance, they then informed me it would take 30 days to deliver the devices. On the day of the delivery I phoned the courier company to follow up on the order, they informed me that I refused the delivery and it was returned to Rentoza, After following up for 3 days I eventually found out, Rentoza sent 2 fridges and recalled the delivery but never informed me, I had to follow up with countless emails and whatsapps, as there is no phone number to communicate with them.

When they eventually delivered the washing machine and fridge, the washing machine was damaged by a forklift and completely bent.

I contacted Rentoza and after following up 5 times they sent me a claim form, I filled it in and have contacted them more than 10 times since. it is now a month that I have been waiting for any feedback while I follow up every 2nd or 3rd day, it has been escalated so many times I am worried it has left the building already.

Not a single person contacted me to follow up or try resolve the issue.

On top of that I am being harassed by mails reminding me of my payment that is due, even though I am credit with them and even received threatening emails from their collection department. Not sure how they will collect anything I haven't received yet.

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I found 1 ray of sunshine in this entire company (MPHO) but even though she has tried her best my issues has not been resolved yet. I am not sure there is any person working there that has any authority.
