Dear Rentoza Support, I recently bought a new iPhone and tried to restore my data using my iCloud account, but the device is showing that it’s still under Rentoza Device Management. Because of this, I can’t access any apps or use my phone. I’ve sent several emails about this issue, but the only response I received was that Rentoza is no longer managing my device — which is not true, as the restriction is still active. Please remove the device management immediately so I can use my phone. This situation is very frustrating, and I urgently need it resolved. Please remove it now!
