Remotely adding apps and blocking paid-off device

Rentoza adds app remotely to my phone. I bought this phone from them and I have not provided them with any permission to load this app on my phone. It was never there when I purchased it, nor was it there when I cleared all data from this phone.

Other than blocking the device a few times after I paid it in full they are now adding apps remotely on a device that I own. Don't even think about engaging with this company. From the customer service straight to their debit and empty promise, just save yourself the never-ending headache.
