Refunds

Absolutely **** poor service from the accounts department. I cancelled my order and requested a refund of almost R3000. It has been 8 working days and I have not received anything as well as 3 emails sent to payments department and completely ignored my email.

I have stipulated multiple times how urgent that money is and there is absolutely no care in the world.

I would not recommend them to anyone, stay away and save your money
