Refund something that they don't know how to process!

Subscription #171680 I have been waiting for my refund since the 19th of January 2026. It was told via email that the refund will be processed within 7-14 days, and to date, nothing has been done.

The level of incompetence is staggering, this company do not understand their business model nor do they know what they are doing there. They are financially prejudicing us while the refund that I demand is the money that they gladly took from my account, knowing very well that the contract had expired.

They fail to respond to a mere email, I do not even want to begin on the manner in which they respond to WhatsApp messages. I demand to have the amount of R9962 to be refunded back to me nor later than today.
