Refund Promised But Not Received

I app**** for an iPhone 15 through Rentoza, but my application was declined. I was then promised a refund on 6 November 2025. Rentoza advised that the refund would be processed within 6–12 business days, however I did not receive it within that timeframe. After waiting over 14 days, I followed up via email but received no response. I later spoke to an agent on Rentoza’s online chat platform, who told me to send my banking details so the refund could be processed faster. I sent the requested details, but I still have not received my refund. I have sent multiple follow-up emails since then, all of which have been ignored. It has now been over two months, and I am still waiting for my refund of R1,557.
