Refund Not Received – Debit on 5 January

An order was placed on January 5th 2026, however it appears that the order did not go through successfully, possibly due to a technical issue. Despite this, the payment was still debited from my account, and to date the funds have not been refunded.

I have attempted to contact the team multiple times through emails and whatsapp messages, but unfortunately I have not received any response. It is becoming extremely frustrating, especially since there is no customer service phone line available to follow up on the matter. The Customer service received has be extremely BAD
