Refund Not Processed 20 working days later

POOR SERVICE - Refund not received 20 working days later. (Was told it would be processed and done in 6-12 working days) verification was declined on 31/01/2025.

I app**** for a phone A15, paid, provided a POR of my previous address which they refused. Took time off to go have that amended as they requested. Came back and provided the correct POR for them to later state my verification has been declined. I’ve been a Rentoza customer from 2020 and it has since been a nightmare.

I WANT MY REFUND RENTOZA!!! Stop ignoring my mails trying to reach out.

Your staff is the worst nightmare ever!!! KEEP AWAY FROM RENTOZA IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY SUBSCRIPTIONS.
