Refund Not Granted from 30th January to 26th February 2026

I wanted to subscribe to the MacBook which your asked to pay a certain amount upfront. Which i did and I was declined not sure what the reason was as they don't give feedback as to. I canceled on the 30th January 2026 which I was told ill be refunded in 4 - 14 days and I still haven't gotten my money till date and today its the 26th February 2026 still waiting I get told to wait for 2 - 12 days which i believe its long passed. Or they will forward the matter to finance department and they said i need to wait for 2 - 12 days after that there's just no response at All. You want to tell me from the 30th January to 26th February their waiting period to do a refund hasn't passed?
