Refund my money asap

I dont get why would you debit my account knowing very well that it's sways false advertising with you guys. There on my mails, Rentoza, black friday, no credit checks. I apply for a washing machine, verified everything then you take my money, I get an sms, you did a credit check, but you still took my money, declined my application. Does is it even make sense at all? Just refund my money asap so I can go buy the washing machine, no need to hold it until 7 days, you took it on the very first day of my application.
